The foreclosure is on Zillow for $165K. This being our first time, we don't know what we don't know. I am told by our realtor that there are 7 offers on it. What should our offer really be? We don't know what the other offer would be...Im sure none of you would know either, but the Zillow estimate is $173K. Should I offer $175-180Kish?
