How can I get the listing to come up under Anderson, OH instead of fruit hill which no one has heard

No one will look for a house under fruit hill. no one is familiar with it. I lived there for 4 yrs before I ever even knew that was the name of the sub division. I want the listing to appear when someone puts in Anderson. How do I do this?

Why are all my neighbors' houses values shown as the tax assessor's value and mine in the zillow? It makes my house look like its worth $20,000 less!

My wife and I moved into a house via a "land contract" almost 3 years ago. When we were in the market to buy the house we were told it would need "routine" maintenance. Now, I'm no handy-man but I know which side of a screwdriver to use so I was fairly game. So, when the first set of problems first appeared I promptly felt up to the challenge. Then another set, and another and another. Until my free time (and money) was spent trying to plug one "leak" after another.

It has been almost 3 years since then and those "leaks" have turned into major holes. I've exhausted my limited knowledge, called in professionals when I could and have spent thousands trying to keep this house from falling apart at the seams. I think I'm failing.

I was laid-off 3 months ago and the job market out here is dry. I'm sunk. With what my wife makes we can scrape by --barely. But fixing anything, even basic repairs would be beyond our reach.

Recently my sister sent me a note saying that the job market where she lives (3 states away) is recovering in the career that I'm in. Everyone wants us to move. Heck, I want to move. Problem is, with the damages to the house (even though they weren't caused by us) and the modifications to the house (that were caused by us), I don't know if we can move. Aren't we technically accountable for the condition of the house?

My house is not for sale, however Zillow is listing it for sale for $2000

This is about 360k less than FMV. I have used zillow to mark the house as not for sale, however, this refreshes each day.

When Zillow - without my authority - lists this property for sale it links to a listing on point2.com [ http://listings.point2.com/1000694634/ ].

The former agent of our home uploaded numerous pictures of the house. We have made changes, and the photos no longer represent the home. How do I delete the photos and the agent's information from our home? We've owned this home for over a year. Thank you.

    150 Auctioning (not listed as pre-forclosures)

Yep, the economy IS improving. Home prices are going up, especially since so many people are working at the wages they were 2 years ago. Things are doing well.

Any other line of peloski they want us to believe? (my new way of cussing)
