Need to Refinance Investment Property

My 3 years ARM w/ballon is up 1/15/2010 I have multiple rental properties and mortgages/notes. Credit scores are over 750, occupation Realtor, Have excellent tax preparer-shows basically no income. I thought that was the name of the game! And now Regions acts like they might renew my note at 8.25%, 70% LTV, based on Property Tax Records, Monthly income $1325 owe 91K. I have NEVER been 30 days late on anything! No judgements No collections. Do I have any other choices?

Also, there's absolutely nowhere to submit info to Zillow that I can find on their site. What's up with that as well? How can your site be effective with erroneous information being published and statistics being based on that same wrong data? Plus, short of this opportunity to let someone know, I don't see any other way to point out the problem. This is not the first time I've asked Zillow to remove the house as an acitve listing; it's just been over a year ago the last time Zillow was notified. Hmmmm??????? Makes me really trust your data.....

Why pay attention to Zestimate?

Granted, Zillow is a great resource for finding homes for sale and mapping them. Marketing and other resources are useful too. But why do they publish a so-called "Zestimate"? Sure, having a guide number to reference when determining the value of one's home is a nice thing. But the "black box" number Zillow claims Zestimate to be is such a general ball-park estimate of value that it can only lead to disillusionment for those who take it even a little bit seriously. And with all the disclaimers Zillow seems to feel are needed when mentioning Zestimate, even these folks know it is really only a number picked out of the air by a number crunching system with a flawed method of getting market data inputs. So why publish this number in the first place? Does anyone really find it useful? After several years of close watching, I certainly have not.
