I got scrammed by Century 21

Century 21 misrepresented a listing, and when it came down to the title clearing - it just didn't. A second mortgage was "discovered". Well, I find I'm out a couple grand for a house that I could have never bought for the listing price. This doesn't seem right to me, but I'm not really sure what to do. My realtor is also a Century 21 realtor, and I believe her loyalties are with them. Ah, the problem with the dual agent.

I also have a 2nd mortgage at over 10%. I would to love combine them and do a re-fi but can't because of poor credit. (Medical Bills)

Should I keep paying these loan shark rates or should I sell my house and pay off these loans and start from scratch? I should have $100k left over from the sale for a down payment on a new home. But I am worried I won't be able to qualify even if I have no debt, a decent job etc. Any ideas?

Anyone know which lenders in Texas are participating in HARP?

Fannie Mae said it was odd that a lender/servicer who is listed as participating in the Make Home Affordable program would not be offering the refi program HARP. Our servicer says it is only doing HAMP, not HARP, even though they have a signed contract with Treasury to participate in the Make Home Affordable Program.

I am confused as to why certain condos are listed at $2,500.00 or such and some are listed as $79,000.00 or such. These are true prices for buying the space?

Zillow previously listed a range of high and low prices for this property. Why the change?

The county tax records are not a good indicator of market value, especially since this property owner has an exemption which lowered the taxes.

It's Official! Tax Credit Extended/Expanded!

First time home buyers will still be eligible for the full $8,000 tax credit.
Both of these credits will apply to those who are under contract to purchase before April 30th, 2010 ? and those transactions must be closed by June 30th, 2010.
The credit is allowed in full for those with incomes up to $125,000 ($225,000 if married filing joint). The credit is reduced for taxpayers with an income between $125,000 and $145,000 ($225,000 and $245,000 if married filing joint) and is not available for taxpayers with an income higher than $145,000 ($245,000 if married filing joint).

Who would like to see Zillow remove the mouseover feature on the tabs of over the search bar?

Everytime I am trying to do a search the mouseover on the tabs pull the tabs open if I accidentally move over them. They would be fine to just click on. It sure makes it more difficult to use the page.
