The house I live in declines in value when just 2 houses down a smaller house goes for $100K more???

So not understanding how a smaller house with a smaller lot and yard space is estimated do much higher. How are estimates perfromed if you sya it is on comparables, why would a $100K difference exist?

Your estimate of my house is way too high. I have written before and you agreed with me but never changed the value. Please change it. Your estimate is over $500,000. Value currently is about $340,000. Address is 10244 Scarborough Road, Bloomington, MN 55437. If you won;t change, why not?

How do we change the reference to Local High School

Our address, 5501 Northwood Ridge is in Bloomington MN school district - yet Zillow wrongly lists the nearest high school in the Edina school district. The correct high school for this address is Jefferson High School.

How in the world is this home still on the market? I get that there are foreclosure deals to be had but REALLY? This one is better than a foreclosure, immediate occupancy, no bank hassle. Inspected, warranted and brand new everything. Did I mention the location? Come see it soon before it's gone.

Why the insanely high home value?

Home values in my area have been slowly declining (slower than many other places, but still declining). Why then is the house at "9300 1st Ave S, 55420" the only one in the neighborhood whose value has skyrocketed from $200K to $380K in the past 5 months? I would like to know the real value of the house, not this ridiculous estimate... or understand why this estimate is skyrocketing.

When we closed on our house, the title had been improperly transferred to the children of the homeowner. We ended up only closing on half of the home on 7/23/04; the sale price was $235,000. The second half of the home was closed on 9/13/04. This can be confirmed on the Hennepin County Property Tax Information website.

Can you please tell me which direction this unit faces? I assume that the unit is on the second level. Looking at the pictures, it looks like the second level is at the top of the tree line. Is that correct?
