Owners of home completley remodled new 24x30 garage, what value did that add. new kit also?

These owners have completely remodled this home from floors, roof, windows, all new FFANTASTIC kitchen. also a new detached garage with heat air, cable, 220 water etc.. When they bought nothing was updated. What more value did that add. They want 187,500 for the home. Is that a okay deal?

Install hardwood to match foyer or carpet allowance?Carpet is fraying, tacks exposed in visible area

House is 4 years old. Need to sell next spring. Husband capable of installing hardwood, but thinking about offering carpet allowance. I say fix it before showing it. Newer houses in neighborhood have more hardwood than carpet on first floor.

According to my latest Zestimate, our home's value has gone up 1%. From the graph which is included, it shows our home seems to be valued quite a bit above other homes in our zip code. How does Zestimate come up with the value?

How do you select a Realtor to represent your needs?

While I would certainly love to earn your business, I am trying to get a consensus of how prospective buyers decide on a Realtor to represent them? Do you:

- Call the name flyer on the first sign you see?
- Go with a Realtor recommended by a friend or family?
- Search the internet using one of the various search engines?
- Select from a advertisement?

Or, do you:

- Ask for past clients you can contact?
- Interview the Realtor?

There are many Realtors out there these days. Many are great Realtors, but how do you decide when making the decision as to who will best respresent you in the search for your new home?
