During the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof (i) buyer &hellip; executes an written agreement to purchase or lease any property, through the effort of anyone including buyer or (ii) ..."<br/><div>Does this mean that if I request to terminate the agreement today, it will remain in effect for another 60 days, and that during this time if I work with another agent to buy a house (which M did not introduce me to or put any work in), M's broker still gets the commission? The 80% is a 5 year ARM which currently stands at 2.625%. The 20% is a FRHEL with a 15 year baloon at 8.9%. I have paid on time since the first month and have paid extra into each month.
