The picture of our house is misleading - it shows more of our neighbor's house!! I don't think you are focusing on the right house. Its 172 Toll House Lane and a small 3 bedroom ranch.

Why is the old barn, in front of our property(with junk piled inside and out) be worth $300,000 plus

Our property being a unique horse property with a home and a three stall barn with two finished rooms that are now used for a home based business located on almost three acres, was evaluated at $385,000 to $430,000 by a local well know real estate co. Wondering why the run down barn with all the junk piled around it and in it, on an acre or less, is evaluated higher than you evaluated our property?

I beleive there should be a seperate review for lenders PRIOR to committing. Can you do this?

Currently, Zillow only wants reviews of lenders after borrowers have made committments to them. This "weeds out" lenders who mislead borrowers by doing things like not posting all the other costs they hide in order to lure customers so they can "bait and switch". Why not provide a seperate pre-committment review so borrowers can more easily determine the up-front one's who disclose charges openly vs. those who don't?

The "break even" analysis is grossly in error because it doesn't consider all the fees. Why?

Even though there is a section in the details for the quotes that shows additional costs other than the lender fees, Zillow does not incorporate them into the "break even" anaylsis which makes it grossly innacurate. Why not at least provide an option for potential borrowers to add these costs into their break even analysis? PErsonally, I beleive Zillow should do this by default. They are costs that need to be recouped if one is actually going to break even.

My new mortgage payment will be 3800/m (20% down). My monthly income is $15000. I will carry the two houses for 6 months before I sell the first one. Is my debt to income ration too low? Do banks add the two mortgages together to calculate the ratio? I am worried that I may not get the new mortgage. My credit score 760. Thanks.
