With the housing market in such bad shape, this option looks to be taking off. We own a 27 acre Estate near Atlanta. 4460 Colbert Danielsville Rd. Colbert, Ga. 30628 This home is located just outside Athens, Ga. It is listed on Zillow.com Take a look I'll send more info if interested.

Zillow's Price is not correct. This home has amazing views of the Superstition Mountains. The rear yard is private and backs to a protected wash. Desert wildlife are visible from rear yard. Well maintained home. A/C office in 3rd bat of garage. (Owner will reconvert if buyer's desires).
