We bought our home in 2007 and Zillow is saying the last sale data is 2003. How can I get that fixed

Our estimate is using 2003 sales data for $560,000. When really we bought the house in 2007 for $740,000. I believe this is drastically impacting our Zestimate. How can I get this fixed?

I am wondering why the value of 1269 Runnymede St, East Palo ALto, Ca has gone down significantly while the houses next to it which are very similar and built by the same builder have a much higher value. Is there a mistake? Thanks!
