Trying to get a loan mod., but so far, lender has not helped. Borrower lost job 2 years ago due to accident that left him disabled for over a year. Now he can't find a job... is self-employed, however.

I am in the down town San Diego convention business and find it funny that every convention this year has experienced a minimum of 30% fall off in attendence yet the National Association of Realtors convention which is this week has reached it's full expected attendance numbers... Looks like while we are all suffering the realtors are able to flip their own bill and travel to SD. I guess the 8k is workign for someone! Glad I can help pay for it.

Two houses 2037 Highland View Gln, Escondido, CA and 2301 Canyon View Gln. 14 houses apart. the Highland property is given as $555,000, the Canyon View property as $476,500. The Highland property has a 30 day increse of $84,500.(This is totally unreal) The Canyon View property has and increase of $12,500. The Canyon View property is the same as the Highland property except that it had a canyon/mountain view (a more expensive lot) and is 364 Sq feet larger. This evualtion does not make sense.

Why the same exact floor planed houses have big different in zistimates?

Our house and 5 other houses on the same street has same exact floor plans. The very next door, there is no upgrade whatsoever and the house was not clean at all. They also have smaller yard with no view. We have a lot of upgrades and you can't even compare to the next door. However, their zistimate amount is $94,500 higher than ours. That is 20% more than our house. All the other 4 homes have much higher than our price too. Please explaine.
