I selected a comparable home an exact match model, price the estimate jumps approx $279,000. Why?

I'm estimating using Zillow. The comparable house selected was recently sold, same style, size etc on my street. When selected it increases my estimate by $279,000, making the price too high.

Hello
My name is will demuth.

My family and i are looking for a 3 bedroom unit in wyndham Place or Colts

Pride both in Freehold. I have been pre approved for a loan up to

$350,000. we are renting and are flexible on closing.

The maximum price we would pay for wyndham place is 175,000
The maximum price we would pay for Colts Pride is 250,000.

We are only interested in these 2 communities and no others.

If you know of any short sales or foreclosures please keep me in mind.

How can I locate a home when mailing address is different county than location?

My home is located in Freehold NJ (Monmouth County). My address is in Jackson, NJ (Ocean County). Found my property on your site, but it is kind of lost with no value. FYI Monmouth county block 105 lot 48.02, off of Sapphire Dr. in Jackson (OC) NJ.
