Why is this house sold for such a low price ?

Question for Zillow Employees: Home is being shown as sold when it hasn't been sold

Hi

Our home is located at the following address:

4090 Twin Peaks Terrace
Fremont, California 94538

According to Zillow, our home was sold on 5/29/2009 for $151,500. This is not correct as we still own the home and we are still paying our mortgage to the bank. The home was refinanced on 5/29/2009 and my wife was added to the deed (as community property with right of survivorship). I suspect that adding my wife to the deed is the reason why Zillow shows the home as being sold. Is there a way to get this corrected as the home has never been sold since I purchased it in 1999?

We checked the county records. It didn't show that we sold our house.

How can I remove real estate agent information and photos they posted? The home is not for sale.

Thank you. Refinance may be the issue. I have asked Zillow to fix it. Lets see if that works

Right time to construct additional rooms ?

I have a 2 bedroom duet in Fremont area with a 6000 sqft lot.My neighbors have constructed additional rooms with county permission and I'm considering doing the same. I'm hoping that constructing additional rooms will be a good investment for the additional money I spent. What is the rate of return in Fremont when I invest in building additional rooms ? Anybody know the going rate per sqft for construction today? Is this the right time to be making such home improvements ? Thanks

How to add/remove homes from 'Recent Nearby Sales'

Hi Rachel,
But when I Choose Comparable Homes in the link "Edit facts & find comparables", it only changes the Owner's Estimate. I am interested to update the homes under the 'Recent Nearby Sales' homes. Please Advise.
