I live at 1273 Potter Lane, Gallatin, TN 37066. Your system values my jome at $580,000. The home next door, 1277 Potter Lane is valued at over $700,000. These two homes are similar. My guess is the value of my home is closer to $630,000...that is what I think an auction would bring. Could you help me understand.

We are currently looking in the hendersonville/Gallatin area for a home. I can not locate your address on mapquest. Also, do you have any other photos? It states owner is realestate agent- you are selling without MLS?

This is NOT the location of this property. How can I see it corrected?

I bought 1012 Pittman Drive Gallatin, TN 37066 on 1/10/2007 for $319,950 the location on the map you are providing is incorrect. The comps are also incorrect as they are in another part of town.

What can I do to help?
