there are no appliances, no heating the zestimate is rediculous..(oh and the parcel taxes need to be included) as well the closing costs, etc.

This house is the least expensive on our cul de sac. the former owners converted the small garage into 2 tiny bedrooms. Now there is no garage and the renters leave their cars out on the street. There is hardly any backyard- and what is there looks out onto the neighbors' home behind them!

this house has no garage. The onwer turned the garage into another small bedroom and now their cars are parked out on our little cul de sac street. This is the dumpiset house on our block

Status of house

I own this house and it is no longer for sale. It came off the market in the spring. My son had lived there for a few years while attending UC Santa Cruz. He left, and I found another tenant. It was for sale, but it's not for sale now.

my home estimate

I would like to know what are the bases for your estimates.
I am just puzzled......you estimate my home at $695,000
whereas you estimate the exact same home at 1737 Willa way with the same exact sqf lot at $912,000 (same street, built at the same time.....)
Compare the taxes we pay and you'll see!.....
Please let me know and correct the error.
