Why is my house listed twice on zillow? 836 Merritt St Se - 49507

My home is for sale, for some reason it is showing up twice on zillow and they are different listings. One is listed for sale the other is not and is in a slightly different location on the map but the same address? How do I remove the one that is not for sale?

the lady whom we talk to told us that we are not qualified because we are under michigan law. I lost my job and it dramatically affect our finances. instead she suggested they can lower down our mortgage payment but our payment once im back on my feet will increase to pay for those month that we are paying low payment.,
