Is there a way to refi a 2nd home with MI built in?

I have a 2nd home in Hilo, HI that I now have to rent out (it is actually the first home I have owned but somehow claimed as a 2nd home since I do not live in it). I have a 6.75% 5 year ARM and have been forced to rent out the house but will lose my renters soon. If I can not find renters or refi to a lower rate and payment, I will not be able to afford the home. I have contact B of A to have the MI removed so I can refi but the request was denied. Is there anything I can do??

so zillow merged info map diagram is still showing 2 houses on 1 lot,not true and not good, pls fix.

could you please remove one of the two house icons showing on the street map? there is only one house for sale on that lot 52 halaulani place. this makes a huge difference especially in a state like this....please fix it....thanks!

zillow has my house twice, once as a sold in 2007 & now for sale, both house icons show.

how can i merge the information to show only one house on the lot, i moved the icon image to have it reflect the correct position but now it looks like there are two homes on the one lot..help please!!

This house should be listed as "151 Hoku" (not "151A" Hoku).

I want to refinance my 2 properties is Hilo , Hi. These are both 6.0% interest in 30 years. I want to have a refinance. I have a temporary job and my husband was just laid off but there are renters in these 2 houses. Is it worthed to refinance?
