I used to live in close neighborhood.I would like to know what is this tendency for all this sales of the houses there for close to nothing and than for placing them on the market for a lot of money.Any money comparing to $100.00 is a lot of money.What one can expect buying one of this houses? I can only speculate on this one.One can expect the previous owner to take the house back and even kill the new owner in the sleep (for example).
It sure looks like one big scam!

Cannot move to another property. No matter the same one keeps appearing so that your site is useless. I have used Zillow. com for at least 2 years and would like to use it. Please look into this from your end.

I live in this neighborhood and haven't seen a house sell for under a $100k in years, I don't think this Sales Price is correct. maybe on Warranty deed for Doc stamps purposes, but I am positive the sales contract price was greater. I sincerely doubt that a home originally listed for over $400K would sell for under a $100

I'M TRYING TO FIND OUT WHICH BANK IS FINANCING THE HOUSE. IT APPEARS TO BE EMPTY AND NOT WELL MAINTAINED. I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE IN FORECLOSURE. I OBTAINED THE OWNERS NAMES WITH THEIR ADDRESS AS THE HOME IN QUESTION. HOW DO I FIND OUT IF THERE IS A FINANCE PROBLEM. THANKYOU
