I own property listed on Zillow that has views of Lake Washington and the Seattle Skyline, Vistas which normally command serious premiums up to 150-60% of other local properties without any views. Will Zillow be willing to ad a check box in the Details/Features section to give the homeowner an option to feature the Views/Vistas feature? And also give consideration of these additional attributes to the Zestimate?

New construction, which typically sells at a higher price than resales. No option to show it's new?

The zestimate is much lower because it is being compared with old resale homes. Why is there no checkbox for New Construction? Also we are certified NW Energy Star. Checkbox for that would be great also.

Which lender will close my mortgage fastest?

I am already pre-approved for a 350K FHA loan by Bank of America. I have excellent credit. However, I have not yet reached mutual acceptance on my offer.

I need to capture the first time tax credit and have been told that Bank of America is taking 45 days to close. Today is Oct. 9, and we might have an offer accepted by Sunday the 11th.
I wonder if there is another lender who can close faster. Anyone know?

metrics for "Zillow All-Star Badge" status needs to be reviewed

Currently i see examples of zillow listing "Zillow All-Star Badge" status and history for users, specifically agents, who have done nothing more than respond to property inquiries with fax numbers to send offers and posting of photos associated with their listing. Are there any plans to actually have some meaningful metrics associated with users that are given "Zillow All-Start Badge" status?
