I owned my previous home for 5 years on 7/31/2009. I bought my new home on 8/12/2009. I have a contract on my previous home and want to close by 11/30/2009. Will I qualify for the $6,500 credit? My income is with the guidelines.

Why can't I change the status of my listings?

When I click "edit status" and enter the information, then click "Create Listing" to update, then it says there was an "Error with my submission, please see area in red." There are no areas in red. Please help - I'm getting frustrated!

I am applying for an FHA mortgage,my lender says the Appraisal fee is $465.00 Does that sound right?

I know the appraisal fee's went up since they now have to used the centralized system, but $465.00 seems high to me. FHA allows reasonable and customary charges for the Appraisal fee. Does anyone know if this price is reasonable and customar? Thanks
