Inaccurate information

We bought this house 2 years ago and it still has not been updated.
It is still saying for sale from then! The pictures are very old. The whole house has been remodeled, painted in and out, etc. Would you like new pictures? We have recently listed it at 559.000. I think reference to this site hurts our chances for a sale. Please update!

comparison to neighbors

Please explain why our house is listed so low compared to our neighbor at 8335 Lake Burden. They have a 3 bed, 3 bath, 2 car garage with no pool listed at 612,500. We are 4bd,3bth,3 car garage with screened in pool at 588,000 (even if we add seperate land price in there isn't much difference)? Please advise.

How come the value of this home is lower then the other homes in the area? It has a lot more upgrades and shows nicer then the other homes.

Valuation comparison

Could you kindly explain why the house across the street from mine (2959 Marquesas Ct) which is around 700 square feet smaller than my house, and yet is valued at more than mine? It was never valued at more than mine until sometime in the last year. Both have had significant renovations, like an addition and etc, but I have a much newer and nicer roof, nicer pool surface/deck surface/and newer and stronger pool screened enclosure, and a much larger home by 700 sq feet. Please explain. thanks in advance! :-)
