I have to ask this question because USAA and other Financial and Insurance Institutions are asking many more questions than before, for the purchase of a property. In fact, USAA will not insure your property. They also wanted to know more information about the addition (Florida Room) and if there was a permit to build it. Can you tell me when the roof was last replaced? I noticed the gutters are full of leaves and there is a great amount of facia board that will have to be replaced because the water continues to saturate it. I'm very interested in your home, but I'm also afraid that it will require a great deal of TLC.

I own the property at 763 Arran Court, 32073. The birdseye view shows it on the corner of Duart Dr. and Arran Court, in the trees on the corner of the property at 732 Duart Dr. It is actually near the other end of Arran Court southeast of the indicated location by 1 1/2 blocks.
