Interesting how you are attempting to rake the coals over the seller and buyer on this one. A few of us are talking about your ethical behavior here in Los Angeles, isn't there enough property in Orange County for you to screw over. Maybe you want to rethink how you are handling this one. My bet is that the house is really worth over $10,000,000 and there is a broker that is trying to take it down for a client or themselves from someone they feel should not have the house, who most likely has it in escrow already. They are screwing around with the buyers lenders. Don't fall for the game guys, the house is worth at least two times what we see here. Not everyone is stupid. Have you noticed the sellers are dumb enough to have an out of town broker on this. Really dumb.
