The price listed under Charts and Data as Last Sold Price is incorrect. How do i correct that.

Has anyone dealt with Ameri-Mod?

We have not fallen behind on our mortgage payments but they have been gouging us fwith increased rates over the past several years and we are way overpaying what is reasonable now. We heard an ad for Ameri-Mod, called them, and eventually were advised to STOP making our mortgage payments so we could qualify for a loan mod. Of course, this sounded like terrible advice to us (what it would do to our credit for one thing) and we had to demand they stop calling us after we said NO THANKS. Anyone had any experience with them or someone like them?

The house shown in your map is 2 blocks from where the house really is for 205 Elm St. in New London, CT. Plus, my house has not sold for $1.

Zestimate for this home was 196,000, while the identical unit (unit 203) has an zestimate of 249,000. Unit 203 also has less upgraded features, but received higher zestimate, how can you explain that?
