Hi, I had an injury that has prevented me from working as a nurse for the past year. I am looking at, what if I cannot go back to that line of work what I could do for me and my children. I have used all my savings and had to tap into retirement account. I see so many homes on foreclosure listings that range from $7,000 - $170,000+.Some are old, some need total rehab, some just a little TLC per info. provided. It this something good to get into? How?

Hello I am looking to buy 3 unit multi family house in newark that are in the 07105 area if possible. I like white neighborhood, within 30 minutes from NYC, less crime rates. Could our mortgage company put a lien on property when/if we short sell our house?

We may need to short sell our house. If my husband was a co-owner of his mom's property (after the death of his father few years ago), but mom removed his name from the deed a couple of months ago, could our mortgage company put a lien on her property anyway if we do short sell?
