Why is this house so overpriced? The parcel of land is quite diminutive in relation to houses on the same street that have triple the land and are generously assessed at a fraction of your asking price. Forget it, Orlando.

This home was a specially built home for Builder's International Show in Orlando, Florida. It has all the whistles and bells used to demonstrate a New Urban typical 3,000 sq. ft. home. It was reatured in Builder magazine, January 2005 issue, pg. 254. Cannot believe the upgrades in this house.

Hi:

When you say in one of your polls that house value will decline 70% from peak what do you mean? My house was 325K in the peak. Which would mean the home will be valued at 97K. If this is correct way of calculating, then prices will be going back 50 years. So please explain with examples.
