I've just listened to a recent video about how you blog monthly about local traffic to websites and how you're transparent about the data you find. You mention you tell us the amount of traffic that goes to the any website for every city in the country. This home was a specially built home for Builder's International Show in Orlando, Florida. It has all the whistles and bells used to demonstrate a New Urban typical 3,000 sq. ft. home. It was reatured in Builder magazine, January 2005 issue, pg. 254. Cannot believe the upgrades in this house.

Hi:

When you say in one of your polls that house value will decline 70% from peak what do you mean? My house was 325K in the peak. Which would mean the home will be valued at 97K. If this is correct way of calculating, then prices will be going back 50 years. So please explain with examples.

Refinance for underwater home.

Bought home in 2007 for $335 @ 6% rate and 7/1 ARM.
Now the home value is $235K. Loan amount on the house at this time is $257K.
Called mortgage company and they declined to refinance as there is no equity in the home.
What I am supposed to do in this situation.

This is the 2nd time--1st you had my house at 416 E Anderson St Orlando as a foreclosure, now you are showing it as for sale, and showing the wrong middle and high schools. And you use foreclosures and condos as comparisons for single family houses (????) No wonder the values are way off!
