Somewhere along the way, I mistakingly created two profiles, how can I get combine them or delete one. Also, if I have to delete one, will it matter as to whether my listings are syndicated to that specific profile or not?

Short Sale Wells Fargo

We put an offer in on a house that is a short sale through Wells Fargo. They accepted our offer plus 3% closing costs. Now they are saying they won't do the 3% closing costs. I have been working with a mortgage rep for Wells Fargo already and have been approved. Do you think it will help me using Wells Fargo for my mortgage for a house that is dealing with Wells Fargo?

Our home shows it as it was when we bought it...a lot of updates have been made since then, e.g., new roof, land scaping, etc.
