I see the house price is in the Zillow.com is too low, especially in Riverside, CA Perris area. I wonder why zillow.com is not accurate....Perris is the most growing city in Riverside County California, since investor tried to buy the houses in Perris last summer, those property going up almost same price in 2004. And zillow.com just put the price is 30% under the market value. Those area will be a place for growing fast business location also building and expand freeway. Anybody knows it. Please be update carefully not based on your old record.. Thnaks very much.

My house is on Elderidge (correct spelling) Dr. Various databases have it listed as either Elderidge (correct) or Eldridge (incorrect, missing an "e"). Zillow has the incorrect spelling. Someone looking up the house on Zillow will, therefore, not be able to find it. Is there some way to correct the spelling within the Zillow database?

Why do the same-size, same floor-plan houses in my area range in price by $100,000 or more?

According to Zillow, a recently sold home fetched a price of $115,000, while, on the same street, another recently sold home, of the same model, went for over $300,000. The information cannot be correct or the least bit accurate. Houses in my area haven't sold for over $300,000 for many years.
