I been doing lots of repairs to my house for the last couple of years and zillow have my home value for just $74.000 why is that is it because of the area or something else?

hi, i was under contract with a home. i made a deposit and also paid for the inspection and the apprasail. out of the blue the seller wanted out. am i able to file a legit claim to get my money back from the seller. i already got my deposit back but i want my inspection and appraisal fees back. any help would be helpful...thank you iin advanced.

I plan to move to Phila Pa and I am interested in refurbishing a row home. Most cities offer tax rebates for a period of 5 to 10 years is this avaialble in Phila if so what are the qualifications.
