HI Shrs Rec Ests. & Cty. of Hawaii require a 1,000 sq. ft. home built in the Rec. area, NO PERMIT?

THE SHACK IS 864 SQ FT. This is a DEEDED property requiring the 1,000 square feet&the plans HAVE to be submitted to the Hawaiian Shores Community Association & then the County of Hawaii, apparently this is UNPERMITTED & giving a bad rep to Floridians! Please before you BUILD in a state you don't live in, FOLLOW THE LAWS!! No wonder the Hawaiians have a bad name for us, HAOLES! Let's see some FINES from this county. That's no the ALOHA spirit!.
