I am looking for FHA + 203 K lender.
Buying a foreclosure in MD ( 20744). First time home buyer. SO far ai got some numbers only from one lender referenced by my Realtor agent. But the rates and closing costs seem to be high.
Where to find some other lender?

Do I have to wait 3 years before I can buy a house if I want to get an FHA loan? The FHA loan only requires 3.5 down, but I was told I can't qualify yet. What if I have a larger down payment like 5% down?

My neighbors' postings are all higher and they have same square footage and no finished basement and granite countertops as I do. Plus not even close to property size. How can I help get my Zestimate more accurate? I know this is affecting my ability to sell.

When looking at the pictures, it looks like the living room has carpet in one picture, but hard wood flooring in another. Same with the dining room. Which is it?

Also, is there a garage? It says two covered parking spaces, what does that mean?
