Why does same floorplan nextdoor have higher Zestimate when my home is adjacent to golf course?

My home at 190 Paseo Vista has a Zestimate of $435,000 while the same adjacent floor plan with no view at 180 Paseo Vista has a Zestimate of $451,500? When I purchased home, it had a $30,000 premium for being located next to the golf course, with no home next to it. Thank you.

I keep changing the square footage and number of rooms on your website because they are not accounting for a second story addition done in 1985. I have 4 BRs, 2 baths, living room, family room and a kitchen. It was permitted by the County and City. Do you have a phone number I can call?

I'm at or close to 100% CLTV. I live in South Orange County, California. If I use an agent and have to pay commissions, I may end up short and be forced to go with a short sale. Is FSBO more hassle than it's worth? If I do end up using a agent, what's the best way to find a good, qualified, reputable agent? Thanks for your help and I appreciate any advice.

HAMP qualifying

I financially qualify for the HAMP program but was just told my home didn't pass the LTV test; was told because my home has equity I don't qualify.But according to the guidelines there is no minimum or maximum LTV ratio for qualification, is that true?My servicer said they use a government supplied calculation to qualify borrowers for the program but they refuse to share that info with me.Is there any truth to what I'm being told or do I get a lawyer to negotiate?I'm open to suggestion

Does the Short Sale Agreement void the Purchasge Agreement and/or Banks approval

We put a offer in and probed for answers from the Sellers agent who then final disclosed it was a short sale negotions. Then supposely the bank wanted more and we offer $10k. Days from closing, the seller said they can't pay for any repairs or other cost (HOA transfer/documents $2,200) agreed to in the Purchace Agreement. Even though, it was in there est. Hud. Our realtor says we are geting a ridiculous price and that the home warranty will cover some of the issue. We had it inspected a there a lot of items that need to be fixed (electrical, weep screen cover and rusted, etc. I'm afraid at closing the seller will not pay for anything and with the cost of the repairs, it adds up. As the buyer, are we entitled to the bank disclosure from regarding our offer and price rejection because on the approval letter rec'd it states the payoff amount requirement $577K, we offered $625K and the agents comm is 2.5% for each brocker? I constantly express my concerns because even though I can offered the house, I had set a budget but the answer I would get is your get a steal on this house, there's other offers and asking the bank my delay the sale, and if the seller go into bankrupcy it could take months.

I would appreciate any feed back!.......

Both houses are the same size, have same view, same yard size etc. the house next door is listed at $958.00 and mine, which also has a pool, is listed for $871.00.

Wrong description?

This is the wrong description of the house. It is larger and doesn't have vaulted ceilings. Also the houses next to it are both larger and should have higher estimated values. And the first time I visited the site the house value was $855K. I went back a few minutes later and it is $814K. Talk about falling home values!

The edited details are wrong. Zillow needs to improve its system for assuring accuracy in informtion. As noted above their value estimates for the neighboring homes is way off. I'm guessing some real estate agent edited the wrong house's details. Do NOT trust the information here. Verify! Verify! Verify!
