Why doesn't my condo for sale come up in the search when I enter all the search data for it?

Santa Barbara, Condo, 3 bd, 2 ba, for sale by agent, for sale by owner, search does not come up with 51-B N. San Marcos Rd., Santa Barbara, CA 93111 ~ WHY?

I did not get any quotes on my loan request (ZR-VZQRNNB). Can someone help me figure out why?

I currently have an interest only payment and I would like to get a 30 yr fixed loan. I am current with my payment and my taxes. I have lived in this house since 2002 and we want to stay in this house for as long as we live. We need to get a loan that reduce the principal. This property has a rental in addition to the main house that generates about $3,000.00/month on rent income. We have our own business and we have other 4 properties that need new a better loans as well.

I am behind several months of mortgage payments ever since my home jumped to
doble the monthly payments -$4000. because it was in a baloon. With the economy and my wife being out of work we can't pay doble the amount, but I have being paying $2000. My mortgage Co does not want to deal with it.

Any suggestions?

Owner's estimate and comps

When I add comps in the owner's estimate, Zillow adds to the Zestime (R) a huge amount -- something like half the value of the comp! It should be adding and subtracting relatively small amounts from the base estimate (if the comps are any good), not adding this much of the comp. The resulting estimate is unrealistically high and useless. Does anyone have any idea why they do this?

This was that house that had a pre forclosure auction about 1 year ago

Claimed it was worth $600,000 then at forclosure prices.

Don't think it ever sold. Oh well, owners likely found some cash to get out of forclosure.

That is nice. Money does seem to solve most problems.

Why doesn't the Zestimate change when new info is provided.

The house across the street just sold for 1,530,000 last month. This should increase the value of our house, but the Zestimate did not reflect this. Please tell me why.

Call My company IMMEDIATELY. Zillow is posting an improper address 222 Meigs Road #15 IS NOT a house for sale or recently sold. We had #13 sold recently. We do not even use Zillow and wish to immediately have this information removed as it is causing substantial issues with this home owner and is a poor reflection on our establishment.

It is shown as 2323 Timbergrove Dr., Riverview, FL, it should be Valrico, FL.
