I would like to know why this home is compared to sales on wedgewood dr, vs richmond alcove

Why is the home at 3001 edgewater dr compared to sales of homes on wedgewood dr. While the home at 2967 edgewater dr is compared to sales of homes on richmond alcove& eagle valley, neither of which are in as close proximity as the homes that sold on wedgewood drive.
