Two homes not on market yet. Ranch with bonus room on 2nd floor on slab and a Ranch with basement. Both in Alpharetta.

I could not change my price and no the house has not sold and is still for sale just at a new price.

clicking on the edit/status brings me to screen that says this house is already for sale.

I go the home page and click on set make me move price and it will not let me change it. Can you change it to $940,000 as for some reason I can't do it from my computer. I have spend the last hour trying.

Alpharetta, GA 30005 - All home values in my Compass Pointe neighborhood were valued for 2009 property taxes at the same exact values as 2008 and I'm looking for data to show that values should have dropped.

Could someone give me an estimate of how much would it cost to get a few things renovated?1. Kitchen - granite countertops (say around 30sq-ft of counter-top surface)2. New halogen pendant lights in kitchen3. New cabinet doors (rough cost, don't know the size)4. Replace carpet with hardwood floors in dining and breakfast area (roughly, again don't know the size)5. glass window replacement in bathroom.

Need help finding nice area Alpharetta double garage condo

I am hoping to purchase a two bedroom condo under 7 years old in a really nice location in Alpharetta that has a double garage, permanent siding or brick, for around 170K - does anyone have any recommendations on which area of Alpharetta to try to find a condo that might meet those qualifications - a swimming pool would be nice, but not required - I mainly prefer to be in the best Alpharetta location I can afford. Thank you.
