This is a specific question pertaining to my house at 1900 North Ashe court, Auburn, AL 36830. The value of the house listed at the Zillow site is $250,000.00 (the thumbnail image), the Zestimate is : None and the Tax accessor value is$450,000.00.

The facts are as follows. The tax accessor value for 2008 is $ 533,000.00 (I paid tax for this value and I have the records), the actual assessed value in 2007 was $520,000.00 when we purchased the house. The actual purchase value is $505,000.00.

I request you to make the appropriate changes. I can submit the proof for all the above figures.

No access from rear of the property? Is the owner making an allowance for upgrading bath, floors? Taxes per year? THanks

Bruno's in Auburn to close it's doors

The Bruno's grocery store in Auburn will soon be closing it's doors.
According to the store manager, they let all the employees know last Wednesday, Feb 18th, that the doors will close within 30 to 60 days.
This not long after the Pharmacy located inside was shut down last month, and the Bruno Brothers filed for Bankruptcy protection a few months ago.
The store, on the corner of Glenn Avenue&East University Drive has been a pinnacle of the community up until recent times.

Incorrect sale information

I was updating the sale of our old home and inadvertently updated the sale and price of our current home, how do I go about getting this fixed? The current home was not sold and the price is entirely unrelated to this house.

wrong address -

I punched in my address of 216 Fontaine Drive, Auburn, AL and info was given for 261 Fontaine Drive. Your program does not work too well. The correct address that I punched in is at the top of the page following "Find Homes:". I am sure the info given is not for my address although I went to the "edit home info" and tried to correct it. I think that the program put the edited info in for the 261 Fontaine address.
