I own half of a twin in a nice area. My half is maticulously maintained and has been completely upgraded with all new flooring through out the home, completely remodeled both bathrooms with high end fixtures/tile, all high-end S.S. appliances, well landscaped, added features...YET...and I state YET...they keep dropping my "Zestimate" every damn time I add new information about improvements when my neighbor's half (which I have been in several times) is NO WHERE NEAR as nice as my half....YET his "Zestimate" is like $10K+ higher than mine??? Zillow has lost their damn minds!

Id like to know what you base the values off of... you dont list the last five homes that closed in my subdivision on your site that are in my subdivision all in the last 4 months. There are homes that sold for alot more and we had our home appraised by a REAL appraiser and it came out for almost $200,000 more than what you have our home valued at, you have it at $398,000! Now i understand why our realtor told us not to trust this website. It is way way off!!!

2121 Main St. Bethlehem, PA 18017 has the incorrect number of bedrooms and bbathrooms listed. Should be 5 bedrooms 3 baths. It has 3 bedrooms 5 baths. How ddo I correct it?
