When I search for properties for sale in Brookline, MA, it lists many properties in surrounding cities, e.g. Boston, Newton, and it's time-consuming to go through the long list to find the ones in Brookline. How can I limit the search to a specific city?

Stupid Seller Loses Tons of Money

Listed a great condo. Suggested price it low, spur offers. Of course they wanted to list it higher. Stupid me I took it, reduced fee as well. Great prop funky layout, ex value. OH every weekend, asked them to lower the price, drastically, but it went inch by inch. 569, 549, 535, 515, 499 Over 100 showing 1 offer, 480. Everyone loved it, couldn't get over the layout. Seller got frustrated with me, Feedback every week, its the layout, Told them we can be patient, or we can reduce the price. NO

they took it away from me this weekend after 130 days and gave it to another agent 80,000 price reduction to 419. They paid 500 for it, 30k plus into it, valued 33% higher per sq ft in the town than the price we had it listed. They gave it to the other agent at a full fee at 419,900 No ads, no pictures, no floor plan. I don't care if they hated me or not, no sense to lose the amount of money that they did, just on fee alone 4300. They could of reduced it to 449900 and got the same 3 offers. I tell people its timing, patients and luck and not in that order. ALWAYS price (which they don't want to hear)
LUCKY other agent. UNLUCKY SELLER , STUPID me for being patient, taking it a higher price and trying to help. This business and people never stop to amaze me.

First, please remove the Middle School in my listing. There is NONE in Brookline.

Secondly, as I turn the direction on the map from E to N to S to West, the arrow or indicator changes. It goes to the wrong building and location. It should always be on the West side of the courtyard and at the BEGINNING of the complex. It is an end unit.

I hope you can make these two corrections FAST!

How can 1 DELETE/change/rearrange photos,after they've been there a while; to better depict current status? Edit does not help; it just lets one add; & it is too full.
I thought we could move them around and take off and add others. Why does it work with some and others stay STUCK as it were? Can anyone help us? Thanks, Mel
