I edited errors out but value did not change. Zillow is $150k low. Will Zillow use new info in value

Neighbor's house is also bu the same Notable Architect, mid century modern and sold in March 09 for about 700k. Our house has an extra 1500 square feet, two significant yard spaces but Zillow estimates it's value $125000 lower than it's neighbor. Will Zillow use the corrected numbers in their estimates or should I put the errors back in so that a potential buyer would easily be able to see how Zillow's guess is based on bad data?

A realtor is advertising a home for rent in the homes for sale section. How can I get it removed?

This means I have to sift through all the rentals to find the real houses for sale. I have no problem with rentals being listed on Zillow, but until the company decides to allow rentals, the realtors should keep their rentals off the site.Ã‚Â

This property is or shortly will be available. It is presently occupied by what appears to squatters. A recent informal survey showed the house to be on the property line -- no setback. It is in foreclosure.

My husband and I, exploring on this sunny July afternoon, passed your home and were smitten. What a perfectly gorgeous house and setting! It could be seen immediately how much you love and care for the property...how good you are to it. I've never made an entry on zillow before, but reading your entries here made me feel I could do so now...We love our home in West Seattle, but if you find yourself (or yourselves) ever wanting to sell, I hope you might let me know...although I imagine you'd want to stay there forever!

PS. I heard a quote on NPR recently that I wrote down, from Patricia Wells (who writes books on French cooking) who said: "People don't find houses, houses find people--and this house (she said) found us because it knew we would help it reach it's potential.". I imagine you must feel exactly like that, as we do about our old house...
