Which offer wuld give the best chance of getting seller paid closing costs?

I'm looking at a $79,900 sfh and would like the seller to pay all closing costs. My agent gave me 3 options for a bid- $6000 under asking price w/ closing, asking price w/ closing, or $2000 above asking w/ closing and hope to get more $ back. This is a bank-owned property and I am a 1st time home buyer. What should I do? Which might have the best outcome in the long run for me and my money?
