Postal address city is not our city locale. Comps not in our city, lowering Zestimate. How to fix?

Our postal address is for Westfield, Indiana, but we are located in Carmel, IN. Carmel has higher property values and better schools. Zillow is comping our house against Westfield homes rather than Carmel homes, lowering our zestimate. The error also keeps home buyers looking specifically for Carmel homes from viewing our house. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

I have a listing with mls no. 2913554. 301 Kings Way, Carmel, NY 10512. It's not showing in Zillow at all. Instead the cancelled listing is still there in place of the new listing. How can the cancelled listing be deleted so that when someone enters this address they get the new listing?

We have several properties and find Zillow metro closer to reality. Yet an unrealized area like Carmel, IN 46033 shows wide ranges and faulty prices 20% below 12/09 selling prices in MIBOR and other RE transaction networks. Consider upgrading pricing sources to remain somewhat close to reality.
