Why does Zillow list the home at 1824 e torrey pines lane at 10,000 less then the homes on either side? This home has been redone inside and out more recently then the others. It has the same square footage, with a better floor plan.This company doesn't do its homework! They have never compared the interiors, and as far as I know, they have never looked at the outsides either. They are identical, but this home has new stucco, paint and roof!

I did an owners update a couple of months ago. It made no difference. If I did another one now, it would only add to the value. You folks are not being fair! I want you to remove my home from Zillow, or tell me how to do just that.

Why don't you people reevaluate this home? You have the two adjacent homes valued at much more when in fact, this home has been redone inside and out, and you have it at thousands less.

If the homes next to mine have a "Zillow" estimate of $130,000, with my updates, my home should be 5-10 thousand more! Rachel's comments make no sense at all. Go look at the properties, and re-evaluate. You are incorrectly pricing my home and making it available to the public to see. How would this affect the sale of this property?
If a prospective buyer looked at your site, I would have trouble getting what it is really worth. For this reason alone, Zillow needs to make adjustments to this homes value!

This home has been recently refurbished inside and out. It is as, or more updated, and is identical in size to all homes in this area. The price discrepancy is way out of line! Zillow needs to do its homework before they price homes on a public site!
