6500 Repeat Buyer Tax Credit + Getting Married + Both Qualify

My fiance and I both own homes and have lived in them for about 6 years each, our incomes do not exceed the thresholds. We are getting married in May 2010. This may be a longshot, but is there any creative way we could both claim the $6,500 by selling both our places and purchasing a single new house? We are some of the lucky ones to be in this position to qualify, trying to figure out the best way to take advantage. Thanks in advance.

Is it easy to change contractors on a 203k after closing?

I would like to fire my contractor...he has started demo, but has not come back to do anything else because he has no money. ( Initially, he had lines of credit, but they mysteriously vanished once I closed on the loan. My loan is scheduled to be sold to BOA and my mortgage company says that I can not change contractors until it is sold to BOA. Is this a simple process?

Zillow is reporting much of Avondale neighborhood as being in Logan Square Neighborhood.

The Chicago, IL zip code 60618 is in Avondale, not Logan Square. Logan Square's northern boundary is Diversey.
