i would love to put an offer on this house but am scared after checking out truila and that other website to get appraisal, i think i would pay too much for what this house really worth, how can i make sure am getting a good deal and a house when all the other houses in the same area sells for way lower than what this seller is asking for and have the same features as the the others.?

lender problems with 203k program

Purchasing an unfinished foreclosure home with 203k program to finish the house. 2 weeks away from closing and now lender demands warranty. There is no warranty, purchasing as is. The builder is no longer in business and didn't even finish the home, why would he warranty it. Any suggestions???
