I have two rental properties that I can no longer afford to take the $700 per month loss on due to losing my job (My call center was shipped off to the Philippines.). The rental income does not cover the note. Should I just let them go into foreclosure? I have great tenants. The Florida property is valued at 145K and I owe 160. Mortgage is 1450 per month and income is on ly 1025. The other one is valued at 210K and I owe 180K.The payment is 1650 as well and the income is 1450. I would like to keep both properties.

I am interested on this property 925 Tecate Pl, El Paso, 79912. Is it worth buying? I noticed Zestimated value went down $500 in the past few days. Why? I heard El Paso is a more stable martket especially in current real estate market. Thanks.

My home is showing as its location 'Northwest." I cannot change the location. It should show 'West."

My home is showing as a Northwest location in El Paso, Texas. The map is correct but the ad itself is incorrect. It should read as West location. This home is located on the West side of El Paso. Would you please help! I tried to change it but I cannot. My email address is serielr@yahoo.com. I am sure it was typed incorrectly. House is in serious need of renovation. Some plumbing needs to be replaced and walls need to be repaired from the re-wiring of the house. Kitchen needs to be completely redone. All bathrooms are in poor shape, and there are only 3.5 baths. All rooms need to be redone, house does not have A/C, and the heater is still the old furnace with radiators. Outside needs repairs and all new window treatments. Landscape is in poor shape and needs to be redone. Garage needs a complete remodel as well.
