Does Zillow even look at truly comparable properties before they make their estimates?

Comparing homes in poor repair and foreclosure, often not even in the same neighborhood, not the same size, never updated, does not give the user enough data to know whether the Zillow estimate is even reasonable. Resale prices for "occupied" homes in our area have increased, though Zillow continues to show monthly decreases. I am ready to remove my listing, because it has no bearing on reality.

The house down the street has not been painted, the lawn is dead, there's no concrete around the house-Mine on the other hand has been well maintained/ fresh paint inside and out, has a 3 car driveway-custon concrete, covered patio, a Pool ! elavated planters and Garden, also that house is on a smaller lot!
