why are condo units exactly like this one in the same development priced as low as $123,000?

I admit, I bought at the top of the market and then overpaid - i was unfamiliar with the comps and the ones presented were for HOMES, not condos, in the area. The last property to sell that is the same as mine, with great upgrades, went for $156,000. Mine could not possibly sell for $200,000!

I have a listing via email on 11/15 that shows this home is for sale. Why doesn't Zillow show that?

My full listing info as of 11/15 shows this home for sale at $179,000. There are many homes I've been told by my Realtor are for sale but they don't show as for sale on Zillow. Am I doing something wrong in looking up the info?

Recently I lost job and get EDD benefits. EDD check alone doesn't pay for my mortgage. So I got a cash payment job. How to show a prove of income on cash payment? I know EDD check alone can not be approved loan modification.

In my neighborhood it says the average sale price per s/f is $71? Patwin Pl., 94534. I can not find any houses even close to that for recent sales or Zestimate.

Hud counselor submitted my loan mortification package in June. I am current on my loan. I lost my job. I call countrywide about the loan status but they always ask me to call back later. What should I do? Do I need to hire professional?

What is the single most important thing to do to increase the value of this house? Exterior paint, new roof, landscape front yard, redo bathrooms, upgrade interiors(kitchen and living/family room?) (last interior upgrade was 2000).
