Hello, when I look up my home address, it shows 2 buildings listed there and no zestimate for either. Could someone manually change this? The address is 11625 pheasant creek dr in fort worth tx.

Close to Hulen Mall, multiple commercial establishments, 6 banks, plus many restaurants. 2 Jewish Synagogues, 1 United Methodist Church, 1 Non-Denominational Church within 3-4 blocks as well a Regional Library and Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts (Texas Boys Choir included). Also, close to Texas Christian University.

I'm curious why there is such a large variation for home estimates in my area.

I live in a golf course community. The home accross the street which has no golf course view is smaller and valued $25-30K more. Another house accros the street is slightly larger and valued $75K more. How can this be explained?

yet you show my home value going down and everyone else's going up. I have complained to you before, but you told me I should be glad of your "estimate" as that way I wouldn't have to worry about anyone breaking in. I did not appreciate your comments & I definitely do NOT appreciate your showing my home as losing value when all of the neighboring homes are increasing in value.

The price point doesn't make sense when other condos with better views are cheaper. Also, the sofa in the picture looks like a loveseat. The space looks really small.

An unknown party updated my listing with an incorrect price and a link to an unauthorized website.

It appears to have been done my an automated software agent. This seems like a security breach. Even though I corrected the information, the inaccurate information may have done irreparable harm to our marketing. What recourse do we have? What will Zillow do to prevent such occurrences?
