I have edited my home info to show the correct number of bathrooms. The update does not show.

I entered the correct number of bathrooms in the edit home details page. I then saved and the system confirmed it was saved. But when I went back to the house infor page, the old info was still showing. I tried it multiple times using different browsers but it's still showing incorrectly. How can I fix this?

Mortgage Modification

I hired an attorney to do a mortgage modification. After 2 months he says that I don't qualify for any of the programs and the bank, BOA, won't let me do it. What else can I do? I want to stay in my condo. Can I do a "short sale" and sell it to my son, who has the same last name? If I do a short sale and my friend buys it can I buy it back immediately?
