Can't find simple directions to list my house

Honestly I've looked everywhere on this site but can't find simple directions to list my house. Help me please.

Today I did an analysis of closed sales in the Brevard County MLS. Results show 40% of all closed sales this year have been distressed properties. Without question it is an all time record high and impacts every neighborhood and condo community not just in our county, but counties throughout the nation. A question that plagues many of us is how do we recover from this real estate anomaly? Unfortunately I don't know the answer. There are still countless properties in the purgatory of Lis Pendens. The banks don't have the manpower to process the staggering numbers of properties waiting to foreclose. By appearance sake it looks like inventory has dropped when in fact it's slugging up waiting like a volcano to burst. I am doing my part to help everyone I can with loan modifications, short sales and recovering equity when ever possible. I am associated with dear friends and peers who also toil to help so many suffering in mortgage distress. We are out here and willing to help. With all the vultures out there I realize it's difficult to know who to trust. If you or someone you know is facing preforeclosure, there are options to stop the bleeding. There are many trust worthy professionals who can and are willing to assist home owners and investors in their hour of need.

Why the discrepancy between Tax Assessor Value and the Zestimate?

When I type in my address and it shows my house, it shows a value of $263 above my house. It also says "Tax Assessor Value = $263K". However, when I click on my house and open the Zestimate page, it says $252,500. Can you explain why there are two different values displayed. It is confusing.

My address is 623 Autumn Glen Drive, Melbourne, FL 32940

I have not shown this house, I am not the listing agent, I am not the owner. This address should have nothing to do with me. I have not to my knowledge even used it in a CMA that I have done. And I get other emails with different addresses. What's up? How do I make this bug stop sending me these requests or alerts or whatever they are for addresses that have nothing to do with me?
